There is no entry charge to the festival. It is a charity event that is free for the public to enter and totally relies on the goodwill of volunteers and artists, including musicians, who give their time for free.

Applications that meet the criteria are reviewed by the Phoenix Festival production committee who assess each act to create a shortlist and then choose accordingly.

There may be many reasons why an act is or is not selected and it must be understood that it is a committee-based decision and that decision is final.

Data is held at the Phoenix Festival Office and is used for the following purposes: reporting, application assessing, and for contacting you. The details of your application will not be public information and will not be passed to any third party. You have a right under the Data Protection Act 1998 to access the data held about you by Phoenix Festival.
We view your completion of your application form as acceptance of the use of your data as outlined above.
Please note that if you deliberately give any false or misleading information, we will withdraw your application. This will also have implications for any future applications you may submit to perform at the Festival.

ONLY Artists and Acts that meet the above criteria should fill in the application form below and submit it to the Phoenix Festival Committee to review.
The Phoenix Festival committee will decide which stage an artist performs on.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE OPEN FROM 1st TO 31st MARCH 2024 VIA THE WEBSITE.

With the exception of invited Special Guests, all artists are expected to perform at no cost to the Phoenix Festival.
Be based within a 25 mile radius of Cirencester.
Not have performed at the Phoenix Festival in the previous year.
Be able to provide some recent, good quality live video links of your act.
