Practical considerations

You will be working from home

There are no prescribed “hours of work” or designated place of work

Access to a PC and the internet is essential

A long term commitment is preferred

What we are looking for:

Ability to be a team player and to engage with people

Phoenix Festival volunteers are the heart and soul of the event, particularly the younger ones. If you are willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved in any way then we would love to hear from you. It is a great festival that relies heavily on volunteers goodwill and you can get so much out of it by working together with people of all ages and all capabilities.....join our award winning festival team today!

Practical considerations

You’ll be working outside in the Abbey Grounds, in all weathers

There are no prescribed “hours of work”

A firm commitment to helping in the build up and break down and/or during both days of the Festival is preferred.

Festival Build Up & Break Down:

Laying and marking out the site

Erecting fencing

Erecting signs

Fork lift driver

Break down fencing

Site clear up

Are you an All Rounder and happy to muck in?

We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Festival Crew and help us

in a variety of ways in the build up to, during and after the Festival.

What we are looking for:

Ability to be a team player and to engage with people

Manning entry and exit points

Manning the site office

Collecting and monitoring noise recordings

Hosting artists

Stage hands/runners

Over the two-day Festival:

Safety stewards

Litter picking

Collecting donations

Collecting feedback from the public through survey forms
